This is the perfect way to spend a Mother’s Day morning! Join Pop Shop America at our latest craft workshop and create a wood block photo transfer. Wood Block Photo Transfers are an easy way to hang your photographs as a work of art. You can use any photo that you like – whether it’s a family photo, wedding photo, or vacation photo too.
We’ll provide all the supplies and knowledge for you to make a photo transfer that you will love for a lifetime.
Each attendee will get to chose their wood block – most are around a 8 x 10 but we’ll have other sizes and shapes too. Attendees will also have the opportunity to send in their photographs early so that you can personalize your work of art. We’ll also have lots of cute and interesting photos if personalizing isn’t your style.
Pop Shop America art classes are new to Sunday brunch but have been every first Friday of the month for 3 years! Our craft and stylish diy’s have been a popular ongoing activity in the Houston art world.
Each workshop has a rotating menu of small bites provided by Greenhouse Catering Co. + light cocktails. You can also BYOB + your own snacks are welcome too. We play great music and socialize while we craft.
Join us at our craft workshops every second Sunday of the month at our new location on 19th St in the Heights! These workshops are lo-fi, beginner friendly, fun and cocktail friendly in which you will create your own stylish and modern design goods.
We are upstairs from New Living – the home of our Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day Terrarium Bar. They are the only certified organic mattress maker in the USA and are all about healthy living and handmade.
