Many pieces of Green Leaf Lettuce

cup
spinach
1/4
cup
broccoli
1/4
cup
zucchini
1
sprig of green onion
1/2
avocado
1
tbsp.
tomatillo salsa
Instructions
Thoroughly wash and dry large pieces of lettuce. You will need 1-2 pieces for each wrap you create.
Finely chop the spinach, broccoli, zucchini, and green onion.
Add to the lettuce leaves using the leaves as a taco shell.
Top the finely chopped vegetables with sliced avocado and tomatillo salsa.
