Pink Garden Cocktail Recipe - Rosemary & Grapefruit Cocktail

Here's the perfect summer recipe that will make you feel like you are outside anytime! We're calling it the Pink Garden because of it's luscious pink color and because the herbs will give you that fresh, clean garden vibe.

Ingredients

Crushed Ice
2 oz. Gin
1 oz. Rosemary Simple Syrup
1 Grapefruit
1 splash Topo Chico
Fresh sprig of Rosemary

Instructions

Squeeze 1 grapefruit and discard the rind.
In a shaker add 2 oz. gin, the grapefruit juice and 1 oz of rosemary simple syrup.
Shake to blend ingredients together.
Add crushed ice to highball glass and pour cocktail blend over the ice.
Top with Topo Chico or your favorite sparkling water.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
