What a crazy election year! That’s why we’re calling this good old fashioned bourbon, vanilla, and peach cocktail recipe the ImPEACHment cocktail.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot 1.5 oz. Vanilla Bean Infused Whiskey
  • 2 teaspoons Simple Syrup
  • Splash of Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • 1-2 Fresh or Frozen Peaches sliced and used as a garnish
  • A Sprig of Mint as a garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a separate glass, stir together the Vanilla Bean Infused Whiskey, simple syrup and splash of water.
  • Pour over ice in a high ball glass.
  • Garnish with a peach slice in the glass.
  • Optional: Slap the fresh mint across your hand to open the aroma. Place in the glass as a garnish.
