Tropical Pineapple Hot Sauce
This delicious hot sauce uses thai chile and a bit of fruity sweetness for a well balanced flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp. thai chile powder cut in half for a less spicy version
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 oz. orange carrot juice
- 2 tsp. white vinegar
- optional: add water as necessary
Instructions
- First, prep your sterilized hot sauce bottles.
- Blend all ingredients together and add to a saucepan.
- Heat on medium low for approximately 30 minutes, stirring often.
- Bottle into your sterilized bottle while warm.
