Mini Pops Season Starts Sept. 14th!

Pop Shop Houston and Pavement Clothing are so excited to bring you a new season of Mini Pops pop up market. Mini Pops takes place September 14th from 12 to 6pm at Westheimer & Dunlavy, and every second Sunday through December. There is an array of handmade and vintage goods for sale from preppy and pretty, to punk and rock & roll. Mini Pops is always a free event.

There will also be art, handmade products, a live performance by The Wiggins and the Reverberation DJ’s will be spinning rock and roll and classic soul vinyl throughout the day. This month nosh on tasty grilled cheese from The Golden Grill and get rejuvenated with Juice Girl’s fresh squeezed juices. There will even be Karbach seasonal craft beer samples. This year we’re adding more bands, and more special events–like fashion shows this October, and polaroid photos with Hipster Santa during the Holidays.

Meg Michelle, manager of Pavement Clothing said, “My favorite thing about Mini Pops is how we can host a party for the entire community. There is something for everybody. For example, the free craft workshops at Mini Pops are so fun for kids. A lot of the vendors bring their kids too. This is Pavement Clothing and Leopard Lounge Vintage’s opportunity to open our doors and show people how diverse we are. We get to help people that have never seen vintage explore their own fashion and style.
