Gerard Baldwin at Pop Shop Houston Festival

For the first time in 4 years Gerard Baldwin, the only living animator from the Hana-Barbera creative studio, exhibited his original art at Pop Shop Houston Festival. Gerard Baldwin was an Emmy award winning animator for The Smurfs, Rocky & Bullwinkle, and the Snorkels too. He exhibited cartoon paintings from these eras and more.

And here is the craziest part. . .They were and still are all very affordable!

Baldwin also brought his Emmys that he won for his work on The Smurfs just for fun. The first 50 people in attendance of this event received a free goodie bag with a collectable Smurfette pin! It was amazing!
