The Heights is continuing to grow with interesting and individual boutiques. One of the newest, Lush & Co. opened on 11th next to Zelko Bistro and near the corner of Studewood by Hello Lucky.

Lush & Co. is a super cute blend of women’s clothing, kid’s clothing, jewelry, and giftable items. It’s the kind of place where you can find a perfect outfit for your kiddo without annoying your single girlfriends. Know what I mean?

Kristen Jaimes, Nikki Kinchen and Tannis Adams, the owners, of Lush and Co. have really outdone themselves with the style of the space. There are chalkboard painted walls with rotating and seasonal style tips, lots of light up letters, and a bar cart with rad DIY’ed champagne flutes.

I love the super bright color blocked Miami type color palette with muted grays and blacks. The gray and black background is soothing and really makes the brighter pieces pop. It feels comfortable to be in space because of these ladies sense of color.

Here’s one of Kristen’s handmade kids dresses from her line Iliana Niko. They are so happy and perfect for a special occasion. She uses very quirky fabrics like this pink Eiffel Tower print. She finds them in lots of doesn’t places and finds many fabrics that are out of print. She’s as much a purveyor of interesting fabrics as she is a designer.
